Madegg is young producer born in 1992 in Kochi (the coolest little beach town in Shikoku), recently relocated to Kyoto. Madegg started his electronic experimentations at 15. His music is perhaps comparable to the likes of Four Tet, with added sounds of nature, noise, and drone.

W sLow Audycji kontynuujemy przegląd artystów którzy wystąpią na początku grudnia podczas Festiwalu Ambientalnego we Wrocławiu. W ubiegłym tygodniu główną postacią audycji był Murcof. Skupiliśmy się na jego pierwszych płytach, w których dominowała przede wszystkim warstwa rytmiczna. Zgodnie z zapowiedzią podczas dzisiejszej sLow Audycji zaprezentujemy jego późniejsze dokonania, dla których punktem wyjścia stają się: kameralistyka, oszczędność użytych środków, oraz żywe instrumentarium. W przygotowanym miksie znajdą się utwory z takich płyt jak: kolaboracja z Ericiem Truffazem Mexico, The Versailles Sessions płyta nagrana z wykorzystaniem tradycyjnych barokowych instrumentów, w pełni autorski longplay Murcofa Cosmos, a także wybrane nagrania z soundtracku skomponowanego przez Fernando Coronę do filmu La Sangre Iluminada.

W drugiej części zaprezentuję nagrania z najnowszych wydawnictw polskiego labelu Few Quiet People, który wstępuje na kolejny szczebel rozwoju, przechodząc z darmowych wydawnictw na rzecz materialnych nośników. CDR’y w postaci popularnych muzycznych pocztówek reprezentują artyści: W Von (The Great Ocean) oraz Nejmano ze swoim nowym artystycznym aliasem: Keel Keathley (Ti morf raf). Oprócz Few Quiet People pojawią się nagrania z kolejnej płyty japońskiego labelu Analog Path, którego muzykę mieliśmy przyjemność promować w naszym projekcie Guest Cast. Owl Dreams is a collection of electro-acoustic compositions that was born in 2004 by Danielle Demos. Compositions aka sound stories are made through improvisation on the electric and acoustic guitar, playing with effects pedals, on piano and keyboards and using other synths and noise modulators and are often paired with an image, poem or a photograph Danielle Demos has taken.

Fabrica Records started out making self-dubbed cassettes for the different projects of label founder Joao DaSilva after feeling the need to release a new set of material. After releasing only 2 homemade cassettes in 2010, the label has picked up the pace in a major way for 2011 with a total of 9 releases scheduled for this year. Mostly all the new cassettes are pro-dubbed and the rumors of some big vinyl releases for early next year are brewing. Fabrica is a label with a strong sense of taste, but an expansive palette. Joao is putting out some weird and interesting sound artists from Brooklyn, to Chile, to California. I think Fabrica stands out a little bit from a lot of newer cassette labels in terms of the diversity of sound and I’m pround to be a part of that. Hz-records is an independent record label that is based in Tokyo, Japan created by Pakchee and wk[es] in 2010. The label was launched to aim „From Tokyo, making a new music scene and producing new artists who will represent 2010′s in music”. They act as pioneers of Tokyo Electronica scene by which they distribute online music and organise live events and DTM software workshops.

On 17th Sep 2011, the label released a compilation album featuring remastered tracks from their released EPs (Hz-001 to Hz-005) and tracks self-remixed by Hz-records’ artists. New tracks are available as digital downloads from the official website.

Chemical Tapes are various doses of mind altering experimental audio.

Based on the psychoactive phenethylamine chemical derivatives, notably those that act as psychedelics and/or empathogen-entactogens. Tape series, with a clean minimal aesthetic.

Each release is a psychedelic compound, complete with its unique chemical name. White tapes, unique jcard art, produbbed and pro cassette imprinted and free hex logo sticker. All cassette sales come with a free MP3 version of the release and each album is also available in MP3/FLAC/WAV.

They aim to put out experimental / psych / drone / synth / noise / ambient / electronic / folk work.

So far they have released albums by Maps And Diagrams, Indian Weapons, Machinefabriek, Mohave Triangles, Flotel & Drekka. In the pipeline they have releases from Pleq, Relmic Statute, Benge and Tidal.

Devecly Bitte is Tetsumasa Okumura from Nagoya in Japan. He brings a combination of experimental dub electronic and minimal dub techno. A well balanced mix of slow-motion soundscapes, icey dub-like reverbs, digital reworked samples, glitches, and warm, deep bass lines. All very well produced songs.
